West Metro Church of Christ’s youth ministry caters to 6th — 12th grade students of various backgrounds who come together to serve each other and to share the love of Christ.
“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12
GIVING GLORY
It’s clear throughout scripture that God deserves and expects glory to be given to Him. We at West Metro are focused on this and seek to magnify Him in everything we do.
SHINING THE LIGHT
By our actions, all people will know that we are of God and not of this world. We hope to live our lives so differently from the world that we will be a light for others, pointing the way to eternal life through Jesus.
SERVING OTHERS
We love to serve and work for the Lord. We’re always looking for ways in which we can help others. Through acts of service, we show the love of Christ.
HELPING EACH OTHER
As brothers and sisters in Christ, we’ll walk beside each other with the Holy Spirit. When one falls, another will be there to pick them up. We know that everyone is going to mess up and we show forgiveness just as we receive it from God.
